Refund policy

Items can be returned. Items must be unused, unaltered, and in the new condition that they were shipped. Buyers must contact us within 5 business days of receipt. You must email us first before returning your item as we will try to correct the situation if necessary. Shipping fees are not refundable only the price of the wreath or other items. Custom orders are not refundable for any reason.

If you contact us for a return after 5 business days from receipt and the item can be returned you will receive STORE CREDIT only for the item only minus custom additions such as ribbon or signs. Items returned with ribbon on it will have $10 deducted from the refund because the ribbon can't be reused.

Custom orders, monogram initial wreaths, three letter monogram wreaths, monogram door hangers, eucalyptus and dried floral wreaths and arrangements are NON-REFUNDABLE as these are considered custom items and FINAL SALE items. Clearance or sale items cannot be returned.

In case of damage, please contact info@sevenpineapplesdesigns.com immediately upon receipt in order for us to rectify the situation at our expense. If the customer does not contact us within 5 days of receipt of item for damaged goods, it will be treated as a regular return and the customer will only receive store credit or have their item repaired.
